Hermanamiento con el Colegio de Christleton

Siguiendo el desarrollo del Plan de Bilingüísmo del centro, durante los días 23 al 26 de mayo, el Secretario del centro ha visitado, junto a otros cuatro Directores de colegios de Granada, la población británica de Chester, cerca de Liverpool, y sus alrededores.

Se trata de un intercambio de experiencias en bilingüísmo y, esperamos, de cualquier otro tipo, que nos ayude y mejore nuestra práctica docente diaria y la de nuestro alumnado y establezcamos puentes entre dos países y culturas diferentes pero con más similitudes de las que a priori cabría esperar.

Nosotros, nuestro centro, se hermanará con el Colegio de Christleton a unos pocos kilómetros de Chester pero, propusimos y fue aceptado de buen grado, un hermanamiento de todos con todos.

Deseamos que este proyecto sea tan fructífero como se espera y, al menos el Equipo Directivo y quien escribe, tiene muchas esperanzas de que así sea.

Continue to develop the Bilingualism Plan in our School, in 23rd to 26th May, the Secretary of CEIP Sancho Panza has visited England, inside a five person group (Head Teachers, overall) from other four Primary Schools of Grenada. They are visited the British population of Chester, near Liverpool, and nearest villages.

We are working on an exchange of experiences in bilingualism and, hopefully, any other kind, and help us improve our daily teaching practice and that of our students. We are making bridges between two different countries and cultures but with more similarities than anything would to expect.

Our college os twinned with the college of Christleton (over 12.000 inhabitants) a few miles from Chester but we proposed and was accepted gladly, a partnetship of all with all.

We hope that this project be as successful as we expected and at least, the management team and the staff are supporting it.
